Camp Magical Moments dream began in 2003 when a former executive director of the American Cancer Society moved to the beautiful south-eastern Idaho mountains along the South Fork of the Snake River . This founder’s hope was to create a camping experience for children who have had or currently have cancer, allowing them the opportunity to get away from their disease and to just be kids for one week. What is so special about the camp is that it will take place on a guest ranch that the founder and her husband own, the Hansen Guest Ranch. The ranch offers tennis, fishing, horseback riding, and lots of Old West experiences that the camp incorporates.
