Deep Portage Learning Center is a residential environmental learning center, fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. In addition, Deep Portage serves groups, organizations, area residents and visitors with weekly classes, interpretive programs, wildflower garden displays, weekend retreats and study groups, land use demonstrations, summer camps, and recreation opportunities of birding, hiking, hunting, and skiing.
