Safe, local, and fun, most of our camps are held completely outdoors in a forest preserve. Those few that aren’t have components outside. Outdoor play helps children improve their creativity, manage stress, and learn in a positive environment. Camps are available from ages 4 to 15 without repeating a topic.
New for 2019, travel back in time through 10,000 years of Lake County’s history during Time Travelers camp at the Dunn Museum in Libertyville. Bike, hike, canoe, swim, and fish in Adaptation Adventures camp. Take an adventure through woodlands, wetlands, and prairies with your four- or five-year-old in Little Explorers camp.
Or choose from eight other half-day and full-day camps! Different topics and locations each week, starting June 10. All camps are led by professional educators well-trained in supervision, safety, and activity development.
